A Considerable Canopy
CT Glass have supplied 142 pieces of glass to be used as part of an overhead canopy at the Port Arcades Shopping Centre in Ellesmere Port.
The job consisted of 28 pieces of 17.5mm toughened laminated and 114 pieces of 21.5mm toughened laminated. The glass weighed a total of 28 tonnes, a significant weight to be supported by the structure, guaranteeing a strong first impression!
The glass was manufactured and supplied within three weeks and delivered in four stages to ensure the installation was completed in time and to the customer’s required specification.
